Here at Fit Martians, we strive to ship your order the same day the order is received and only if your order payment has been verified before 2:00 p.m. EST. Orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or any Federal Holiday will ship on the next business day.

Only unopened products will apply for refund. Refunds can only be processed using the same method of payment. We will only refund the total amount paid for the product.
We will not issue refunds of any type until all the products that are being returned to us have been received in our warehouse.
