Any form of exercise can cause injuries if the exercises are performed incorrectly. With any diet meal plan, it is possible for you to become sick, have allergic reactions to certain foods or aggravate/develop any medical conditions and with Fit Martians Programs there are no exceptions. If you purchase any of (Fit Martians) Program or use the website to obtain information of any form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. The cost of the Custom Diet Program is worked out over 30 days. You are paying for the option to use the service; such as Initial Consultation, communication over text and emails, accesses to workout challenge program and any other benefits, whether you choose to or not is up to you. Fit Martians does not refund any services. Once the program is purchased, you are responsible for following and managing your own time to use the program. It is still important to know that Fit Martians cannot guarantee your results and Goals with the Custom Diet Program. With Fit Martians Custom Diet Program and Workout Challenge it is possible that you will not lose fat, gain muscle, or get abdominal definition. You could become sick, have allergic reactions to certain foods or aggravate/develop any medical conditions with this program. It is also possible that you will gain fat, lose muscle, and lose abdominal definition. Your results may vary, and you may not get the same results when using this program due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics, and personal motivation. AFFILIATION PROGRAM
By signing up to be an affiliate in the FIT MARTIANS CANDY Affiliate Program you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read them carefully before signing up. These Terms are a legal agreement between Fit Martians LLC. a company registered in Florida, USA. We reserve the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice. Any amendments, modifications, enhancements or changes to the Program including the release of new features and resources made available by us from time to time shall be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Any violation of these Terms may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to be an Affiliate and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate referral fee payments earned during the violation.

Account Registration & Terms

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the sign up process for an Affiliate account. You must be 18 years of age or older to join this Program.
Each account is for use by either a single legal entity (e.g. a company or a partnership) or an individual user. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. Responsibility for the security of any user names and passwords issued (including those of any Invitees) rests with you.
You may not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Program, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Once you have signed up for the Program you will be provided with a unique Promo Code that must be used to identify you when other buyers place orders in www.fitmartians.com website. It is your responsibility to ensure the promo code is correctly formatted and used on each order.

Payment
​
Accrued referral fees are paid via bank transfer once a customer makes a payment in full using your unique promo code. You must have a valid bank account to receive referral fees, as we do not offer payment via cheque/check, credit card, cash or other method. We will only pay referral fees on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. For our systems to track the referral, the visitor must have cookies enabled. We will not pay referral fees if someone says they signed up or made an order through you but it was not tracked by our system.

The promo code is 15% of the order from customers that use your "unique promo code". Earnings will be credited via Direct Deposit to your Bank Account once the customer pays their single order or monthly subscription. Earnings are only approved if a customer makes a payment in full using your unique promo code.

Customer payments refunded or payments charged-back due to credit card fraud do not qualify for referral fees. We may delay crediting of referral fees subject to risk analysis considerations and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.

The referral fee structure is subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to disqualify referral fees earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, assessments and other fees of any kind imposed on your involvement in this Agreement and shall be the responsibility of, and payable by you.

We reserve the right to check and change commissions on the basis of orders actually paid, the notification e-mail is not understood as a confirmed commission - this is only a notification, and every payment will be verified based on real transactions.
